Tourist information center located at the east exit of Kamakura Station. Two tablet terminals that tourists can use for searches are available at the counter, and there are abundant sightseeing pamphlets.
Tourist information center on the second floor concourse of JR Fujisawa Station South Exit. It is a service that offers various kinds of sightseeing information on a proposal basis, including information in foreign languages for foreign visitors through staff proficient in a number of foreign languages.

A baggage check service is available at the Kamakura City Tourist Association office.
Opened to serve as a base for transmitting information for the area along the Enoshima Electric Railway focused around Fujisawa and including Kamakura. We have regular staff members who can speak English and Chinese, and the facility functions as a sightseeing information desk for foreign travelers to Japan as well. A temporary luggage storage service (paid) is available here as well.
Coin lockers are available at Fujisawa Station, Enoshima Station, Hase Station, and Kamakura Station. Please check the location on the station map displayed on that station's webpage. The location is indicated by a coin locker icon.
Currency exchange between foreign currencies and Japanese yen can be done at some banks and post offices around Kamakura Station and Fujisawa Station. Overseas-issued credit cards and cash cards also also be used to withdraw cash at ATMs.
